TTC Founded
In September 2010, Excise Tax Recovery Consultants (ETRC), was founded by James Breen. In September 2012, the company was renamed Tobacco Tax Consultants (TTC).
Breen, the former Director of the Transaction and Transfer Tax Bureau (TTTB) for the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, offers over 30 years of tax experience.
