Refund Process
- Contact TTC
- We will discuss your potential refund and review additional information for filing your tax return.
- Contract and Power of Attorney
- After expressing interest in our services, we will email you a draft contract for you and your legal representatives to review. Once an agreement is reached, a paper contract and a power of attorney form will be mailed for you to sign and return. We begin our work as soon as we receive the signed contract.
- Information We Need
- We require copies of your company’s tax returns for the past three years, along with other documents and schedules necessary to prepare your return.
- Return Filing
- TTC will compile the data, create schedules, and file a request for refund to your state’s Tax Department.
- Receive Your Refund
- After your return is reviewed by the state’s Tax Department, you will either receive a lump sum amount, or monthly credits
- TTC Fee
- The fee we charge is a percentage of the expected return. It is discussed during the contract preparation, and is included in the contract. We don’t collect any money until you receive your refund.
